FitPriya is a fitness, nutrition, habit, hydration, sleep, and mind training app operated by XBro Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how FitPriya accesses, collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes user data.

• Nutrition information: meal searches, food logs, calories, macronutrients, meal plan preferences, generated meal plans, and daily nutrition progress.
• App usage and device-related information: app settings, notification preferences, crash or diagnostic information, approximate app activity, and advertising identifiers where ads are shown.

Personal and Sensitive Data

Some fitness, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and wellness information may be considered personal or sensitive data depending on your country or region. FitPriya uses this information only to provide app features such as personalization, progress tracking, meal guidance, reminders, and wellness insights.

How We Use Information

• Personalize workouts, meal guidance, habits, reminders, and Coach Priya messages.
• Track workout, nutrition, hydration, sleep, habit, and mind training progress.

• Send reminders and notifications if you allow them.
• Show ads to free users, limit ad frequency, and measure ad performance.
• Improve app reliability, prevent abuse, debug issues, and keep the app secure.

Third-Party Services

FitPriya may share limited data with service providers that help operate the app. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and our app functionality needs.

• Firebase / Google services: authentication, sign-in, app services, and notifications.
• Render and MongoDB: backend API hosting and database storage for app data.
• Supabase: hosting workout exercise images or frames.
• OpenAI or compatible AI providers: generating meal guidance or coach-style content when the feature is used.
• Google AdMob: showing ads, measuring ads, and limiting ad frequency for free users.

Advertising

FitPriya may show ads through Google AdMob to free users. AdMob may collect or use device identifiers, approximate app activity, ad interaction data, and related technical information to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure ads. You can manage ad personalization through your device settings or Google ad settings.

AI Features

FitPriya may use AI services to generate meal plans, meal explanations, or coach messages. Information you submit for these features, such as meal preferences, goals, or food search context, may be sent to the AI provider only to produce the requested result and support app functionality.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, FitPriya may send reminders about hydration, habits, workouts, meals, motivation, and app progress. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only when needed to provide app features, operate service providers, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, or complete a user-requested action.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal and sensitive user data. Some local data may remain on your device until you delete the app, clear app storage, or log out depending on the feature.

You can request deletion of your FitPriya account and associated personal data at any time. Visit the Account Deletion page or email xbrostudioind@gmail.com with the email address linked to your FitPriya account. After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate operational reasons.

Your Choices and Controls

You can update app information, change notification preferences, manage ad personalization, stop using optional features, uninstall the app, or contact us about access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.

Children
