Use of the App

You agree to use FitPriya responsibly and only for lawful personal wellness purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the app.

Health Disclaimer

FitPriya provides general fitness, nutrition, habit, hydration, sleep, and mind training information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop exercising and seek professional help if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

Subscriptions and Ads

FitPriya may offer free and paid features. Free users may see ads. Paid features, pricing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through the app store or payment provider used for the purchase.

Content and Intellectual Property

The FitPriya name, design, app interface, Coach Priya character, text, images, and other app materials belong to XBro Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misuse app content without permission.

Service Changes

We may update, improve, remove, or limit features over time. We may also suspend access if the app is misused or if required by law.

Limitation of Liability

FitPriya is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, XBro Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use of the app.
